The institute enjoys MoU with many industries. The institute has a vision to render social service to the society by imparting technical and professional education. The institute is striving hard to achieve supremecy in imparting education to youth graduates not only with theoritical knowledge, but also required skills in comprehension, communication, team spirit, leadership, analytical ability and preparing them for the industry.The objective of the Trust is to render social service to the society by imparting technical and professional education. Since 1981 Vinayaka Missions is in the field of education and its insatiable thirst for achieving excellence has taken it to greater heights of glory. AVIT is located on Rajiv Gandhi Salai (Old Mahabalipuram Road) about 50 kms from Chennai in lush, sylvan surroundings, far from the madding crowd. Having said that, it is not too far from the IT Corridor and TIDEL Park where IT giants such as Wipro, TCS, INFOSYS and Cognizant, to name a few, have their offices.
